Romaric Waguia Kouam

Romaric is a second-year medical student at Campbell University with an interest in surgical oncology. Romaric’s previous experience as an oncology nurse as well as the loss of his father from cancer has really reinforced his desire to contribute to the field. He concurrently runs a locum teenen company and a not for profit organization which aims at improving health (oncology included) and wellness to the underserved. As a former division 1 soccer player, he continues to practice in his free time. He also enjoys hiking, and has not given up on his dream to climb the Mont Blanc.
